All faculty and staff in the College of Engineering can request a web directory. The web directory is the same whether you are logging in via Windows, Mac, or Linux.
How to Access Your Web Directory From On Campus
Engr-Web
Use the following CIFS share to access your web directory:
Windows: \\engr-web.engineering.iastate.edu\sites\home\<netid>
Mac: smb://engr-web.engineering.iastate.edu/sites/home/<netid>
From Off Campus
To access your Engineering Web Directory from off campus you must first connect to the VPN (PC, Mac). Once you are connected over the VPN, you can use the CIFS shares described above to connect to your web directory.
Viewing Web Directory From A Browser
To make linking to your home department easy, a single web directory can be accessed from most Engineering domains.
